	IDX CW-5HD available begging July 15, 2008

	IDX System Technology, Inc., the premier manufacturer and supplier of batteries, chargers, and power supplies to broadcasters and video professionals, announced today that the award-winning CW-5HD uncompressed wireless transmission system will be available for purchase in the U.S. starting Tuesday, July 15th. Priced at $5,995.00 MSRP for the system including transmitter and receiver, the CW-5HD is available through the IDX network of authorized dealers. Winner of the TV Technology 2008 Star Award at the National Association of Broadcasters, the CW-5HD system eliminates the need for cables in many remote situations, even when shooting in high-definition video. It produces wireless uncompressed HD-SDI and SD-SDI pictures, live and in real time, with virtually no latency with less than 1 millisecond delay. Crystal-clear, artifact-free images are delivered wirelessly up to 150 feet in line-of-sight shooting.
