	ClearOne Introduces New Audio Power Amplifiers

	ClearOne , the leading global provider of high performance audio conferencing solutions, today announced the new Converge PA 2250 and Converge PA 4160 professional audio amplifiers. The PA 2250 is a two channel amplifier that provides 250 watts per channel while the PA 4160 is a four channel amplifier, providing 160 watts per channel. The PA 2250 and PA 4160, with their ample power and exceptional audio performance, satisfy the demand for high definition, multi-channel audio for conferencing, rich media presentations, and sound reinforcement applications. Features of the Converge Amplifiers include: -- Superior audio performance -- Simple, rugged design -- Front panel indicators for signal, active, and protection -- Low noise fans -- Only two rack-units tall -- Easily connect to other ClearOne professional audio systems, such as the Converge Pro and Converge SR 1212 "The majority of our Converge Pro and Converge SR 1212 products are used in conjunction with audio power amplifiers," said Scott Woolley, Director of Product Marketing -- Professional Audio at ClearOne. "Previously the system integrator could not acquire the amplifiers from ClearOne, but had to get them from a third party. Now system integrators can get all of the high quality audio components from ClearOne, making for a seamless, fool-proof deployment." The Converge Power Amplifiers are scheduled to begin shipping in August of 2008.
