Into Tomorrow Uses NewTek TriCaster to Reach a Worldwide Audience

NewTek, Inc., manufacturer of industry-leading video and 3D animation products, announced today that “Into Tomorrow with Dave Graveline,” a leading tech radio program for 13 years that can be heard on XM Satellite Radio and scores of terrestrial radio stations across the United States, uses TriCaster™ to stream video from trade shows and special events around the world on their website (www.IntoTomorrow.com). “Into Tomorrow with Dave Graveline” has used TriCaster in locales ranging from Tokyo, Berlin, New York, Las Vegas, Denver and Washington, D.C. Upcoming sites include Taiwan (Computex Taipei), San Diego (Qualcom’s BREW Developer Conference) and San Francisco (Intel Developer Forum).

"Into Tomorrow with Dave Graveline" is a weekly 3-hour radio show that covers the latest in consumer electronics and technology, as well as previews of products that will be available in the coming months and years. The show airs on over 100 AM and FM radio stations in the U.S. and XM Satellite Radio, as well as on radio stations in Germany, Bermuda, New Zealand and Canada. The show is also heard every weekend via Armed Forces Network, Mobile Broadcast Network, BeOS Radio, Sprint Radio, TiVo, CelleCast and many other outlets. Program audio and video is streamed from the website, where on-demand archives are also available.

“We have found that radio has become a visual medium and TriCaster gives us the ability to drive listeners to our website to see the products we are discussing on air,” said Dave Graveline, Host and Executive Producer of “Into Tomorrow.” “TriCaster has allowed us to bring our listeners ‘Into Tomorrow’ in a way that was not possible when we began broadcasting this show 13 years ago.”

“Anyone following the latest trends in technology will find ‘Into Tomorrow’ is a vital and valuable program and NewTek is very happy that they choose TriCaster to conduct its live production and web streaming to their world-wide audience,” said Philip Nelson, SVP of Strategic Development, NewTek. “This is truly a ringing endorsement from recognized technology experts.”
